The standard price for the cottage is for 2 guests, encompassing a king room with en suite, lounge room, kitchenette including breakfast supplies and snacks, and a deck with views of the Yarra Valley. Should you have more than 2 guests, the second queen room and full en suite will need to be booked for an additional flat price of $160 per night, max 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom you need to book for 3 people.

Located at the rear of a heritage building in the heart of iconic St Kilda, this free standing secluded cottage nestled in a lovely garden setting, is open plan, wonderfully spacious and light. There are views of Silvan Dam which is only a 10 minute drive, Puffing Billy is within easy reach and also the famous William Ricketts Sanctuary. The many cafes, galleries and craft shops are only a short drive.
