Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Downing Hollow Farm is a 35 acre farm nestled in a hollow in the rolling hill country between Memphis and Nashville. Located in Middle Tennessee east of Savannah TN, Olivehill is 30 minutes from Pickwick Landing State Park and 30 minutes to Natchez Trace Parkway. It's a magical place full of sunshine and babbling creeks and mysterious forests. Watch the fireflies lift up from the pastures, hear the whippoorwill sing her lonesome song and enjoy the cool air drifting down through the hollow.

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Brightly decorated with a full bath, kitchen and bedroom. Plus, two futons that make out into full size beds. Great swimming and fishing off the pier. Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit or stay and totally relax on the lake.

The tongue and groove boards in the loft and stairwell and the interior doors are almost a century old. Whether you're traveling for work, visiting with family, fishing a nearby tournament, or just looking for a quiet little get-a-way, we hope you will enjoy your stay and feel right at home.
