Close to Delightful village shop with renowned bakery and post office. Easy reach to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Bictoncollege and park.

The Loft

A self-contained annex, detached from the main house, comprising a large double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.
