The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A very short walk takes you to our beautiful beach and our famous sea wall. Relax in our lovely decorated holiday apartment with its own parking space. We are an ideal base for you to explore Devon by car, bus or train. Our cosy Lounge/Kitchen is open plan leading out to a small balcony, overlooking the communal garden perfect for early morning cups of tea or looking up at the stars with a glass of wine.
