Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Springsland Ridge -shepherds hut incredible view

You won’t forget our beautiful & thoughtfully made shepherds hut, set in the most amazing rural location with panoramic views of Devon hills. Includes : Gas powered shower, and hob, solar 12v electric(usb only) & flushing toilet . Not too far from Dartmoor National Park, and our incredible coastlines. The hut is also set right in the middle of some amazing country walks. Our hut has a minimal but comfy design. Dog friendly on enquiry, depending on suitability, but will incur further cost .

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The perfect country getaway for you to explore the quaint villages, cosy pubs nearby and enjoy the starry skies. Ideally located close to North Devon coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Meadow Cottage, on a private estate near Dartmoor
