A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.

Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. The Art Shed is a rennovated brick barn in a quiet, rural location just a 20 min drive from the centre of Lincoln. The barn is split into three rooms: A large studio area with a vaulted ceiling containing seated areas, a kitchen and a sturdy work bench with a sink. A bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet, sink, heated-mirror and shaving socket. Outside there is a patio with an adjacent dedicated parking space and space behind it for a second car.
