The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.

Enjoy a meal in the private backyard with a grill and fire pit for quiet and cozy night. Only a 3 minute walk to the pubic boat launch and a 2 minute walk to the pool! 20 min drive to Fort Myers Beach. Head over to Mullock Creek Marina with the two kayaks we've provided or take the bikes out for a ride. Beautiful and safe area with lots to do!

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
