It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. Meet Hazel, Nestled under a hazelnut tree in the magical south end of Saltspring, this surprisingly spacious (height-extended) skoolie offers a haven to our island's visitors. Situated on private land just off Beaver Point Road (about seven minutes from Fulford Harbour by vehicle), you'll find an abundance of things to do nearby, with a host of hiking routes close by, and Weston Lake; Saltspring Cheese Farm; and the beautiful Ruckle Park all within a five-minute drive.

Fully Equipped Cozy “Skoolie” Converted Bus

Our 1957 Crown school bus Is a fully equipped motor home. We’ve traveled thousands of miles in it and it has been a member of the family for 42 years. It is a cozy useable space both WINTER and SUMMER and has housed family and friends for various lengths of stay over the years. The outside is rather “road weary”, but the inside has been refreshed. A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
