The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This unique 200 year old farmhouse annex has a style all its own. Renovated from up-cycled materials. Enter into the fragrance of ‘Seville oranges & oak on a warm night’. Hand-crafted bed & furniture/fittings. Come rest in genuine comfort with open field views. Show-bred miniature horse drift from the woodland area & ménage. The property boasts a Marquis Wish hot tub, and outdoor, aromatherapy heated shower cabin. Brand new is our Recovery Room; sauna, icebath, light therapy & soundbathing.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.
