Stargaze from your dock unobstructed by city lights, and savor the rare privilege of staying where properties have been held for generations. This peaceful haven now welcomes guests for the first time. If you bring dogs they must stay on our property or on a leash. The boats are for your use but must be returned to where you found them. The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!

The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
