Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Welcome to our Family Fun in the Infinite Aegean by Neuvel! Here, we spend our days relaxing, soaking up the Greek sun on our balcony, explore the beautiful beaches and gulfs and admire the views of the infinite Aegean Sea from a first-row seat! Our Cycladic residence was built with love and care at a unique side of Tzia island. With large open spaces, the kids will play non-stop and you will rejuvenate! Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

To σπίτι μου χτίστηκε το 2012 ακολουθώντας την αρχιτεκτονική των σπιτιών της Χώρας Κύθνου.Ήταν ένας παλαιός φούρνος της γιαγιάς Μαρίας που έφτιαχνε μέλι.τυρί και υπήρχε ένας αργαλειός που ύφαινε υφαντά!!
