Located in the very center of Loutraki, this comfortable and fully equipped second floor's 60 m2 flat offers space for maximum 5 people. A bank,a supermarket and a brand new medical center right in front of the entrance of the block of flats.The beach is at sight and it is located at about 150 meters. The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, hall+living room with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a table. A baby cot is also provided. We are pet-friendly.

A five minute walk to Loutraki's famous crystal clear waters and pebble beach, our newly renovated apartment provides comfort and all amenities for a delightful stay. There's a bedroom that fits two and a living room that comfortably fits another two. Living room and bedroom have new air AC and fast WiFi included & Netflix on TV's. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
