Το κέντρο των Αγ.Θεωδώρων είναι 7 λεπτά από την κατοικία. Ενώ 15 λεπτά απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο είναι το Καζίνο Λουτρακίου. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν μεταφορά από το σταθμό τρένου Αγίων Θεοδώρων.
