Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. Take a short walk along The River Thames Path into the historic Town Of Abingdon On Thames. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can hire day boats and paddle boards near Abingdon bridge for the day. There is a regular bus service to Oxford City Centre. You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.
