Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. The Small House, is a quaint detached cottage situated just outside the beautiful Cotswold Village of Bibury. Its a short walk to the typically Cotswold charming village of Bibury and just a short drive from Cirencester, and an 8 minute walk away from Arlington Row, owned by the National Trust, which is one of England’s most iconic and photographed sites, it even appears on the inside cover of UK passports! Use the small house as a base to explore and enjoy a true Cotswold experience.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect base for couples to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to Cotswold Way. It's a quirky small space. Intended as a great escape, there is WiFi but no TV. Dogs: 1 w-behaved dog welcome (+ £10). Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.
