The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

This peaceful property is located less than 5 minutes from 85 highway. It is centrally located and convenient to Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Newnan, and Senoia, the home of The Walking Dead. The home is situated in a beautiful wooded lake community. This 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect for families or business travelers. The home has a full basement with a quiet tenant. There is no access to the tenants space or for the tenant to access the upstairs. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7am

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
