Home sits on two acres with complete privacy. Built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.
