City Lion by Semavi | Comfort Loft Studio

Size: 70 sq.m. Comfort Loft Studio offers a comfortable stay. At its lower level has a double bed which is isolated by sliding partitions. It is elegantly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with large comfortable sofa, bathroom and a small balcony. At its upper level has a bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom. It is part of a modern apartment complex in the heart of the city that ensures a relaxing and high quality accommodation throughout the year.

Sunsea studios is a newly built unit which comprices of 12 spacious studios, 8 of which offer wonderful sea views. Each Studio offers a kitchenette with hot plates and mini fridge. Every kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster and everything you might need in order to prepare a meal. Studio number 2 offers a double bed and a sofa that can be converted to a single bed. The studio can comfortabley accommodate up to 3 people. The unit also offers a spacious balcony with seaview.

Lefka apartments, with large swimming pool, private parking & beautiful gardens, are located 2 Km west of Chania and a 10-min walk from a sandy beach. Each studio is modern and comfortable and features a double bed (or 2 single beds), private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony with pool or garden views, safe, kitchenette with 2 ring cooker hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. We offer daily cleaning (except Sundays ); linen & towels are changed every 3rd day.

This studio is part of an apartment hotel, Esplanade Apartments. The story of this hotel begins in 1960. Back then, my father Michael, emigrated to Canada with an aim. When he was going to return, he would build his own family hotel. Having been born and raised abroad I know how important it is for someone to feel comfortable at his place of staying. So, I always try to do my best for my guests and make them feel like home.

Overlooking the Cretan Sea from its balcony (shared between two adjacent apartments of this type), this split-level apartment features a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave-grill oven. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV (32″), Nespresso coffee machine, safe and free Wi-Fi are included.
