This property is my home located at the gates of the Irish Museum of Modern Art and is a 5 min walk from the Guinness Storehouse, 20 min walk to Temple Bar. The main train station with tramway and airport bus connections is a 5 min walk. Good Pub serving food, supermarket, cafe, pharmacy, & Dublin Bikes across the street. My place is good for couples and business travellers. The appartment is 60m2 and can sleep up to 4 people - one bedroom with a double bed, and two people sharing a sofa bed.

Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Our family lives in a 6 bed house in Donaghmede, Dublin 13 near Donaghmede shopping centre. The house is set in a very nice Estate. There are excellent transport links to all parts of Dublin with the DART station and frequent bus routes. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large Kitchen/Dinning room. We have a pet cat called Maomao. This is a children friendly house.

Easy going house close to the city

I bought this house as a do upper, renovated it with love and alot of hard work and made it into what I think is a nice mix of homey and modern. It has a nice atmosphere and feels good! On the way from the airport to the city you are close to both! Back garden for sunny(!!) Irish summer breakfasting or relaxing before you go out.
