Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.

This is an apartment that accomodates up to 5 people (2 persons sleeps on a sofa in the living room 144x200 cm). The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

20 min. to city, 10 min. to beach (by foot)

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
