Canoe and kayak take out point on the Saco river is half mile away for summer activities. Tree Yurt

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND GLAMPING close to Portland. Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. We do provide water for colder months. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private :)

The yurt is located at the base of Mt Cutler in a tall stand of trees. Hiking trails are close by as well as the Saco river for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. North Conway New Hampshire is 25 minutes away which offers skiing, rock climbing, restaurants and shopping. It is a very quiet, peaceful, secluded setting. The Chickadee yurt is also located on the property if you have larger parties staying, it also sleeps up to 5 people An outdoor solar shower is available for the warmer months.

Gorham has become a mountain biking destination and we've got some great trails outside your door! We welcome all people here and strive to hold an inclusive and safe environment.
