This is an incredibly private, remote country setting. The property is a clean, furnished house with small front and a large back porch and a view of 3 mowed acres. Home is situated on 5 acres surrounded by mature forest. It's a beautiful and peaceful place with hiking and wildlife at your fingertips. Fifteen to 35 minute country drives will take you to local spots for food, wineries, shopping and fishing. We're near Punxsutawney, Pa. and also near many Amish communities. All are welcome!

The basement has a bar area with a second living room and an additional fridge. There is one pack and play and one highchair. The driveway is now paved and great for kids to ride bikes. Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.

A picnic table available for out door dining, also a fire ring and wood is provided. Bring items for camping.

We are close to the Penn Highland Hospital, the Susquehanna River, Clearfield County Courthouse, Curwensville Lake, Parker Dam State Park, hour drive to Penn State, 45 minutes to The Elk Visitor Center and an hour from Punxsutawney, weather capital of the world. There is one bedroom with a full mattress, a queen sleep sofa and a twin in the kitchen/utility room with a ceiling mounted privacy curtain. Moose Creek runs behind our place so it makes for a lovely setting.
