Charming house Périgord (SW France)

Our gite is a charming stone house tastefully restored with the traditional French Style, in the heart of the countyside, surrounded by woods and field of the Natural Park of Périgord Limousin (30 km from Brantome). This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Classified 4 stars, the house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: - A large living room of 50 m² very friendly with fully equipped kitchen, farmhouse table and lounge around an authentic fireplace. - A bedroom / office (1 double bed) - A bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bubble bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet. - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 loft (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa) Outside: 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue Facilities: cot and high chair, 2 adult bikes

Cabane au bord de l'étang et bain nordique

Bienvenue à la Ferme du Pont de Maumy Dans un esprit vintage authentique et chaleureux, la cabane du pont de Maumy est le lieu idéal pour se laisser porter par une expérience dépaysante. Construite de façon écologique avec son bardage en bois brulé, son style atypique ne vous laissera pas insensible. Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

La Berthussie

La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

La Petite Maison

Notre maison de 1829 a été rénovée dans un style mélangeant l'ancien et le moderne. En y entrant, vous serez séduit par une grande pièce de vie disposant de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre pour deux et une salle d'eau équipée d'une grande douche. A l'étage, dans les combles aménagés, un autre lit double, un lit simple et un lit-bébé ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour vous occuper en famille. Un jardin avec salon et barbecue à gaz.

Maison de campagne de caractère pour 14 personnes

Situé non loin de Limoges en pleine campagne, ce gîte de charme permettra d'accueillir 12 à 14 personnes dans une maison en pierres de 200 m² tout confort sur trois niveaux et entièrement rénovée. Un jardin clôturé et arboré sans vis à vis de 4000m² fera le bonheur des petits et des grands en offrant une grande terrasse bois, une maisonnette en bois pour les enfants et un SPA. Maison très équipée et tout confort. Maison au calme entourée de 5 hectares de bois privatif, parking privé.

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. This garden is not fenced and is bisected by access to the host's property. Large woodburner downstairs and electric heating.

Charming townhouse with an inner courtyard and terrace, featuring three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which includes a whirlpool bathtub. Bed linen and towels are provided (However, I don’t iron the sheets … but they will be clean and sun-dried ✨) The courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining, and the terrace is sunlit. Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

Farmhouse La Lande, single-storey, Dordogne, pool

Single-storey holiday cottage of 105 m², with no stairs, surrounded by nature with a swimming pool and pond. It accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a garden and sunny terrace. New 8 x 4 m swimming pool, maximum depth 1.60 m, equipped with a heating cover. A temporary terrace is in place, with outdoor landscaping planned for autumn and spring. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or enjoying some quiet time alone.

De plus, la région propose de nombreux sites touristiques incontournables.

Le Meunier, more than 275 years old miller's house

This more than 275 year old miller's house breathes its history, many of our guests say they feel very comfortable and at home in this house. It is a cozy house where, because of the thick walls in summer, you can stay cool. It is a two-storey house and several authentic details give it its own character. A fast Wi-Fi internet connection is available.
