Gammelgården

Gammelgården ligger belägen i en trevlig by som heter Övermyra/Österberg, 2km öster om Storvik. Avstånd till närliggande orter är Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Busshållplats 4 min promenad. Huset är timrat i Ottsjö Jämtland och räddades från ödehusdöden då det flyttades hit. Inredningen är unik med svenska historiska möbler och föremål. Gäststugan på Sommarståkern

Stuga på gården till större hus. Stugan är helt nyrenoverad. Endast för uthyrning. Egen uteplats och parkering. Laddare för elbil. Tag med egen kabel. Hela gården ligger helt utan insyn vid vägens slut i den vackra dalabyn Djura. 3 km till fin badsjö. 15 km till Leksand med stort utbud av skidspår och banor för skridskor på Siljan. 30 km till Granbergets skidanläggning. Stort utbud av sevärdheter och turistattraktioner i området. 7 min bilresa till stationen och 3 min gångväg till buss.

Little red house - Sweden as you imagine it!

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Boendet är en separat gästdel i huset med egen ingång. Det består av ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett stort vardagsrum med en våningssäng, köksavdelning och sittgrupp. I badrummet finns toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. En stor altan vetter mot sjön, med sittplats under en pergola, och gästerna har eget förfogande över hela altanen. Möjlighet finns att låna roddbåt och flytvästar. Handdukar och lakan ingår inte, men finns att hyra för 150kr/set. Städning ingår inte i boendet.

Slappna av i denna underbara stuga på er egna udde. Passa på att bada, fiska eller slappna av framför brasan. Med 7 meter till vattnet kan ni njuta av både soluppgång och solnedgång under dagen. Promenera i skogen och plocka bär och svamp eller bara njut av härliga stigar. Åk skidor alpint eller på längden under vintern och njut av det gnistrande landskapet. Låna kajaker, fiska, bada, skog, skidor och härlig natur. Är detta inte tillgängligt kolla mitt andra hus i samma stil.

Efter en grusväg uppe på ett berg i hjärtat av finnskogen hittar ni lugnet i det här smultronstället med allt som behövs för en underbar semester.här bor man med tystnaden mitt i naturen, precis vid en sjö men med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. I närområdet finns flera sjöar och fina fiskevatten, möjligheten att plocka bär och svamp, vandra eller varför inte ta en tur upp till ”rännbergs toppen” (vandringsled upp till en närliggande bergstopp)

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Charming old house on a classical Dalarna farmstead. Quietly situated near lake Siljan. Guests have access to their own part of the garden. The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
