Pelican Watch is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom bayside waterfront beach house that has been updated throughout. The tastefully decorated home is unique and relaxing. The open floor plan has the living room, kitchen, and dining room overlooking the Mississippi Sound. The outdoor deck wraps around both the North and West side of the house with ample space for peaceful beach evenings. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house is ideal for family vacations!

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Pet Friendly Tranquil Cottage w/Fire-Pit & Hot-Tub

Henry's House: A Cute Lil' Ol' Beach Shack

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.

Sonny Side sits right on the Gulf with nothing but water and sky in sight! This 4BR/2BA has a private gulf-front pool, modern beachy vibes, and direct deck access from two bedrooms. Wall-mounted TVs in every room, plus a big screen in the living room. Rare through lot offers more privacy and a quieter beach. Linens, Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen are included.
