The Flip Flop Beach Retreat is a lovely cottage by the sea located in the heart of Dauphin Island! Enjoy your own private beach and beautiful views of the Mississippi Sound. Three bedrooms, loft and fantastic covered porch lends itself to complete relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in a joy. This house has covered parking for 4 vehicles. This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach

The beautiful Dauphin Island beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and 30 minutes to historic Downtown Mobile! No ocean access from the property.

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.

Ruff Life Beach House - Fort Morgan - Dog Friendly

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.

Lagoon Access, Short Walk to Beach, Sleeps 10!

Welcome to Tide Down! This charming cottage offers lagoon access, a 5–10 min paved walk to the beach, plus 2 bikes and 3 kayaks. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bunk beds, queens, and a sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.

Welcome to the bay! The best of both worlds. Close to dauphin island and close to downtown Mobile! This is a home with two separate units on the property. Unit B (this unit) is the downstairs unit. You have 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Your own outdoor space includes: hot tub, grill and outside area. -500 Ft Pier, Boat House and fire pit are a shared space. - We are always available for questions!
