Tiny home in a quiet area& it’s on a shared property 20 miles from most chemical plants in Baytown,channelview,Laporte and deer park. 7 miles from extreme off road. kitchen basic cooking stocked supplies .you have any question or anything you don’t feel house is clean please reach out to me. I work out of town 90% of times so I depend on a cleaning person to clean so if you see anything wrong lmk I can get it fixed asap.also home in country so they will b bug but I have pest contrail

Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country.

We are extremely close to all the essential highways which means cheap Ubers to most places!
