Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! This is a single family home with a attached apartment separate entrance. I live in the main part of the house. Your space is a separate apartment. 1 bedroom with a king bed. On the other side of your house is a Livingroom with a couch bed.

1950's era house one minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants, pier, marina, lighthouse. Two bedrooms each with new queen mattresses. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Big yard. Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Pets allowed, $95 pet fee. 15% weekly discount, 30% monthly discount.
