The cottage is attached to a family home with over four acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and a family dog roam freely, often with sheep in the field. There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

The Forge, Adstock/Addington

The Forge is situated within the garden courtyard of the family home. The site was originally part of a stud farm, with the main house belonging to the manager and the Forge accommodated stallions and their mares. The property is independent from the main house with heating supplied from the separate boiler house, comprises a wonderful large beamed double bedroom with en-suite and a fine small kitchen/dining and living area which can accommodate two additional truckle beds on request.

It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK Railway Station. The fast train is approx 40 mins to London (Euston) or 50 mins Birmingham (New Street).
