My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Tiny House living at it's BEST! Great place to stay for those who love the water and relaxation near the beautiful Tennessee River. Plenty of space to park a vehicle, boat, wave runner and other toys. Just minutes from the TWRA boat ramp with a floating dock. Evenings on the back porch are peaceful and cozy. A grill, fire pit, and TV are available for guests. Free WIFI and streaming TV available. Free ice for your cooler. Although this tiny house is 450 square feet, it offers a lot.

Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .
