The historic Mill Pond Inn was built in 1879 by the Mann Brothers, who ran a grain and sawmill. When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. Today, the house features five rooms with private baths, a relaxing front porch, and a large back deck with stunning views of the mill pond. An event space for parties of up to 100+. On-Site Tavern & Restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 10a-10p.

Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer. The Ulster Room at The Gateway at Pine Hill

The Gateway at Pine Hill is the closest lodging to Belleayre Ski. The Ulster room was redesigned in January of 2022 including all new bedding and bathroom fixtures. This room offers a comfortable king sized bed for relaxing after skiing or winter hiking. Booking this room or any other accommodation at The Gateway will include breakfast and apres ski hot chocolate. Come relax in our fireside lounge and enjoy our breakfast with views of Belleayre.

Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.
