Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

The house is fully equipped to meet the needs of families, couples with children with bright and spacious rooms. Copenhagen is just 15 min. away by car or 25-35 min. by bus or train. Located in one of Denmark’s most desirable areas, the house provides easy access to both city life and nature. Four free parking spaces with free charging available. The large garden features a trampoline and there’s a playground at the end of the street. The neighborhood is very pet-friendly. Cleaning is not inc.

Sommerhuset er hyggeligt og har en perfekt placering for de som elsker naturen. Huset et beliggende midt i Lildstrand, som er en lille kystby i Jammerbugten. Huset ligger ca. 150 m fra strand og skov, ideelt for natur-og outdoorsports oplevelser. Området er ideelt for ture på MTB. Huset indeholder et renoveret hus med 4 dobbelte soveværelser, et stort soveværelse i stueplan, 3 soveværelser på 1.sal. En udestue med spiseplads til 8 personer, samt stue, køkken og badeværelse. From One of the bedrooms there is access to the terrace and a lovely enclosed garden. If you prefer to sleep alone, there is a really god bed in the outhouse. You Can set it up in the officeroom and use the curtains so it feels more privat. There is an outdoor kitchen and a large barbecue.
