Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Sycamore Yurt

Private shower and WC facilities. Woodfired pizza oven for use of both yurts. Book both yurts together with family and friends and get whole site to yourselves.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

Willow Farm Annexe, Dereham

In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.
