You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, our Desert Aire home is an open and comfortable 1350 square foot house located conveniently to the golf course, boat launch, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.
