Perched along the shores of picturesque Sawyer Lake, the Fox Den offers fishing, and water-sports friendly waters. A nature lovers delight, unique birds frequent the property. Evening campfires offer broad clear views of the Milky Way. This quaint property offers use of an on-site dock that can accommodate a pontoon or a boat. There is a boat launch at the adjacent park. Sawyer lake is known for excellent fishing and no watercraft restrictions. In colder seasons warm up by the wood stove.

Our lake home is located on the outskirts of Iron Mountain, MI. It sits in a quiet neighborhood on a large 1.13 acre lot with 150 ft of some of the finest water front on the entire lake (Lake Antoine). In the evenings, watch the sun set over the lake. A four seasons recreational paradise with swimming, water skiing, tubing, fishing, and ice fishing. You will be the only guest in the entire house but the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms will be locked. This listing is 1st floor use only.

Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink!
