Our kitchen is fully equipped (but no dishwasher) with coffeemakers (one for K-cups), mixer, toaster, utensils, pots & pans, dishes, and basic supplies. Serene bedrooms feature queen beds. Tiny House Living! The tiny house includes a double bed, 50” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, full tiny bathroom with shower and loft reading nook. Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, charcoal grill, fire-pit and small waterfall with a porch. The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.

We have rented our cabin since 2010. We maintain a clean, spacious and private cabin for what many guests consider one of the best values for this type of accommodation in the area. The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
