The converted Georgian house, built in 1839, is located on the Dingle Peninsula along the Wild Atlantic Way, a short walk from Ballyferriter Village. Full of character and style, the property has "The best views from the windows in the area" according to the National Geographic Traveller. The nearest beaches are within 1 mile. Dingle Sea View And Walk To The Beach

Enjoy this STUDIO APT with lovely sea view conveniently located only 1 and a half miles from Dingle. Take a 3 minute walk to a local cove beach and come back to enjoy a cup of tea on the patio or relax by the fire. Beautiful countryside area with town only a few minutes drive away. Studio is on the backside of my cottage where I live. One queen bed in the main area and two single beds in a small low ceiling loft with railings open to below so no children under 5. Dogs require pre approval.

We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

This a an unique accommodation set nestled in the trees . The studio accommodation is self contained within the property with a private entrance set back from the other buildings. The studio is light bright and modern. I am a local artist who works from my own studio near the apartment. I often have international artists visit to work with me so am used to welcoming people from all over the world to share my beautiful space.
