The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms it's a great base for family and friends to explore South Devon or relax and unwind in the beautiful gardens and elevated deck watching the boats on the water. 2 pubs are within easy walking distance and Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe are all within easy reach.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
