Built in 1890, Chestnut Cottage is located in the heart of the historic district within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants and historic sites. The Cottage features a comfortable living room, bright dining room, country kitchen, first floor bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed. Chestnut Cottage features artwork by prominent local artists. Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD/CD players are included. Complimentary coffee/tea service. Minimum two night stay.

The bathroom has a walk in shower; use the fan or heat lamp. The Bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, night stand with lamp. Along with a spacious closet, it includes a washer and dryer. Feel free to do your laundry and hang your items up. Working, relaxing, and living. Our space have all the essentials you need for your stay.

Enjoy your stay in the Spring Green Area! This private apartment in the lower level of our home is located on the edge of town - close to everything you're here to see! This space provides a home-like feel while you tour the area. Offering a one bedroom (queen bed) with the ability to sleep up to 4 more people (2 on sectional sofa and 2 on air mattress), plus a loaded kitchenette (no stove), dining area, bathroom, extra space for gaming (includes a free arcade and foosball) and private patio.

Creative souls love my marvelous studio retreat, a delightful one-room loft-style space featuring tall ceilings, an entire wall of sliding glass doors, kitchenette, piano, and an expansive view of a picturesque barn, pasture, and wooded hills. This amazing, heated, spacious country getaway has no plumbing— it's just a few steps across the yard to the main house guest bathroom. Come create, relax, and renew here! Well-behaved dogs, included in your reservation, must be leashed when outside.

Loft 3 - On The Historic Monroe Square

Loft 3 is 40 steps (2 flights of stairs) above the Monroe Square. It's a climb, but the view is totally worth it! Newly remodeled in 2021, and reminiscent of the 1859 character of the building, this space is cute, cozy, and truly one of a kind. Literally a couple steps away from your entryway is Sunrise Donut Cafe, featuring customized donuts and a full menu of excellent coffee items. From there, explore the rest of the Square for food, drinks, and shopping in a quaint Main Street atmosphere.

Funky, tidy 23 year old country cabin on 120 acres of farmland & woods in a private, quiet rural setting. It's cozy, 950 sq ft, built with stone and wood. Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Shower is big and open, with doors opening to a back deck for outdoor showering. Beautiful covered porch overlooking rolling meadows and woods.

Bo and Aero's Retreat

Bo and Aero's retreat is named after the two friendly(and quiet) Labradors that live upstairs. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a historic downtown. If biking, hiking, running, walking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing are part of your routine we are located just off Military Ridge trail,near Blue Mounds and Governor Dodge State Parks. We are 30 min from downtown Madison.This is a home away from home. Perfect for long term rental and traveling medical staff.

The Lumber Yard Cottage is a cozy hidden retreat tucked away from the road. Within walking distance of all Mineral Point has to offer. Great restaurants on all sides of this property and wonderful shops are just up the road. The Cheese Trail and railroad museum are across the street. Enjoy the back porch with the wraparound stone wall or the lovely front porch and watch the world slowly drift by. There is a queen size bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, ac unit, full kitchenette, and wi-fi.
