Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!
