Medieval Tower experience with Panoramic Rooftop

If you are looking for a unique experience in the heart of San Gimignano, this is the place for you. With its 42 mt of height, Torre Salvucci Maggiore is one of the medieval town's famous towers and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread accommodation divided into 11 floors for a total of 143 steps. A magical setting unlike any other. The tower can hosts couples or small groups of up to 3 people. At the top, the panoramic terrace awaits for you with an axtraordinary 360° city view.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Given the thick walls and its position, the temperature is always pleasantly cool even during the hot summer months. It comfortably accommodates 8 persons.

Affittasi appartamento fronte mare, luminoso e recentemente ristrutturato, situato al secondo piano di un condominio con ascensore. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina-soggiorno con terrazzo abitabile vista mare. La zona notte comprende un bagno, due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, wi-fi, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
