A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. 4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding. Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used.

Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!

Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! Sleeping accommodations are for a maximum of six guests, two per bed.
