Just 5.2 miles to shop and dine in downtown Lewes, 6 miles to the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park and 8.5 miles to the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cabin set in the edge of the woods. The cabin is 100 feet from our house, and has its own gravel driveway along the woods. We are located in a rural area on 8 acres, 30 miles from DE beaches. Absolutely no marijuana use anywhere on the property, and no smoking in the cabin. When requesting to book, please include a message telling us who is coming (max 2 guests) and the purpose for your travel plans. Requests without this basic info won’t be approved.

The entire home is on a private lot (not a neighborhood) lined with 🌲 leading up to the house with a fenced in yard (perfect for your furry family members).

The Blue Bird is an older 1950's style tiny cottage, 900sq ft, on the 2nd floor (garage on 1st floor), with 1 bedroom Queen Bed, Den, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, large deck for relaxing. There is an entry exterior door Security Camera for safety. Not suitable for toddlers due to 14 steep stairs.

This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation

Unwind in our cabin tucked away on a private lane mins from Chestertown. We are situated on 6.5 wooded acres, perched up on 100’ bluff overlooking Churn Creek, a tributary off the Chesapeake Bay. Idyllic water views framed by a canopy of oak trees. Enjoy nature as you relax outside by the fire pit or stroll down to the ‘point’ to take in wildlife, or take a kayak out to explore the creek and water fowl. Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.

Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 day or $50 entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

Hiking on our 2.5m nature trail or catching and releasing in one of our stocked ponds to a 9hole mini golf or just hanging out with our personable farm animals there is something for everyone. Local food all around and if trying your luck at the slots there is a casino only 6 miles away. Their is an adventure for everyone.

Bayview Cottage

View spectacular sunsets from our porch looking out on the Chesapeake Bay. Our house is one floor with an open living room/kitchen area with two bedrooms. Newly renovated hardwood floors with a fireplace, flat screen tv/entertainment center and internet access allows for casual, comfortable living. Seasonal Community Dock access with sandy bottom beach is minutes away and at end of our road.
