Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

It is one large space (approx 36m2 with coved ceiling) with living area, queen size bed, 1 single bed and small dining space. We’ve lots of parking and a large garden - plenty of outdoor space for families. We are in the heart of Lecale; 3mi from Ardglass/Downpatrick and 5mi from Strangford Lough. A great base for enjoying nature, the mountains, golf, sailing, beach walks and sea swims.

Upstairs bedroom adjoins a 2nd living area - the 'look-out'.

Bright, sunny self contained two bedroomed annex (dog friendly) with outside eating area , on the edge of Newcastle, with panoramic views of the Mourne mountains, five mins drive, (twenty min walk) to town centre, the Slieve Donard hotel, golf course and beach, opposite the Burrendale hotel, five minutes drive to the mountains, forests. Tollymore (Game of Thrones) and Castlewellan.. for walking, cycling and water based activities. Bus links to Belfast (1 hr drive) and Dublin (2 hr drive).

The Heights & Hollows Farmhouse is a 5 Bedroom property (sleeps 15 guests). An elegantly presented large house in the countryside which boasts a stylish interior and modern facilities. Amenities include: 5 Person outdoor Hot Tub, Gazebo area, garden room, football net for guests to enjoy. Please note: The HOT TUB is an add-on and will incur an extra charge if required: (£100 per stay payable upon arrival). Only available upon request and a minimum of 1 days notice required.

The Barn at Pink Cottage is close to Downpatrick, Strangford Lough and right at the centre of Game of Thrones filming locations in County Down. You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.

There is a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. There are beaches nearby and a super choice of hiking trails. The filming location of Winterfell from Game of Thrones is a ten minute drive away.
