We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 15 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach.

Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Front patio with evening sun to enjoy a sundowner. 10 minutes walk from the station, very close to Dreamland and the High Street. 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurant, the Old Town and Turner.

Stay and Swim at our home & private indoor pool.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

Our listed Georgian flat is in a conservation area of Margate and is an ideal spot to kick back and enjoy everything this wonderful seaside town has to offer. Our street is ideally placed for a walk to the beach, the old town, the Harbour Arm, Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, Shell Grotto and train station. Plus we have free off street parking. We are also pet friendly.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
