Sunset beach is in 5 minutes, as well are bakery, post office, bank, grocery stores, restaurants and bus stop for Old town just across the street. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces.
