Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
