This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Your destination for proposals, baby showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, elopements, vacations, weddings up to 50 ppl, gender reveal parties and so much more! Hi! Long Acre Hideaway is a secluded cottage dedicated to providing a quiet place for couples and/or small families to spend quality time with each other and with God. Come to the “back 40” of the farm to relax and rejuvenate! Experience some of the area’s best views on the walk around the perimeter of the farm on a 1.8 mile marked trail! Rest on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch for wildlife or soak in the private hot tub at night and watch the stars!

Welcome, I am Debbie a busy Mama/Grandma with a bunch of millennial children (plus five grandchildren and 5 granddogs). I am excited to be able to offer my beautifully designed space close to Dickinson, the War College, Carlisle Fairgrounds, Appalachian Trail, Harrisburg and Gettysburg. You have your own off-street parking, private entrance and a large bedroom/sitting room with full private bathroom and a microwave/ mini-refrigerator for your convenience.

Relax with the whole family, or enjoy a couples getaway at this peaceful 2-bedroom cabin on a working horse farm. Tucked away in the trees, this cabin overlooks picturesque pastures filled with horses of all shapes and sizes, and the farm is also home to other animals such as goats and cattle. We are located central to all the attractions that the Harrisburg area has to offer. Come stay with us, relax, and enjoy a little slice of the farm life.
