'Pickett's Cottage' - Circa 1868 - Oldest in Knox!

Enduring for 154 years “Pickett’s Cottage” is the last sole surviving home from a bygone era, which gives it the honour of being the oldest residential house in the city of Knox. My place is close to cafe cultured, and trendy Yarraville Village and the `art deco' Sun Theatre. Located in a quiet residential area with a nice park opposite. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance with heaps of cafes and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The Yarraville train station is a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
