Walk to restaurants, markets, ice cream, bar, liquor store and firehouse which hosts fun community events. Rental includes a coffee maker, blender, microwave, basic dishes, flatware. Sunny hideaway has a private patio, grill, two private entrances, access to an outside shower. Great couples retreat. Grab your surfboard, kayak, bicycles, beach bag and relax in this inviting environment.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cottage in the woods 15 minutes from Ship Bottom, LBI. Quiet tranquil setting in quaint seaport town. Tuckerton Seaport and bay beaches 2 miles away. You will have the run of the main floor which includes a back bedroom, large bedroom suite with fireplace, long couch and TV. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. Playroom and screened porch in back. My home is kid friendly but no Pets please due to allergies. Our beloved home has hosted music events, tea parties and now YOU! Welcome!

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

Welcome to our waterfront beach house—no extra fees & brand-new AC units in every bedroom and living spaces. 2 minutes to the bay & 5 miles to LBI. family-friendly neighborhood known for its views, cleanliness, & comfort. Walk paths near, bay beach 2 mi away, & a plaza 1 mi away w/bagels, pizza, a market, & an urgent care. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!

Enjoy the ocean and bay staying in Brant Beach. A short 2 minute walk to the entrance of a guarded ocean beach, or a short 5 minute drive to the guarded bay beach! This newly renovated 2 bd, 1 bath sleeps 4 people. The unit has all updated appliances, a deck with a weber grill, perfect for your summer and fall vacation! Need an extra bed? The second living space has futon. This unit is part of a triplex house, laundry is on site and 1 off street parking spot.
